Description:
Material feeding to the heavy particle separator is effected via vibration conveyor so that dosed material admission to the grinding room via the casing back wall is achieved.
The impact mill MPM disintegrates by impact action soft to medium-hard materials in dry to semi-moist condition to a homogeneous fine material. The universal machine concept thus allows for the production of fines for the surface layer of high-quality particleboard for the furniture industry as well as the production of wood flour, bruised grain from cereals and other raw materials for the feed industry, crumbs from bread or the fine grinding of spices for the food industry.
The high self propelled air volume allows for cool grinding of even sensitive materials. The ground material is discharged via full suction.
The fineness of the end product is determined by the selection of the easily exchangeable screens and grinding tracks in the removable grinding ring. The design as sieve mill MPS serves to disaggregate and disintegrate fibrous materials and large-surface flakes.
