Economical cleaning of knife rings without removal of the knives
Function:
The knife ring is put onto the draw-in trolley. During the cleaning procedure the knife ring is driven by means of an electro motor. A cleaning liquid is sprayed on the knife ring by means of a high pressure spraying system and special nozzles point-exactly onto different areas of the knife ring. The time of cleaning is adjustable individual dependant on the degree of the pollution. The cleaning liquid is discharged together with the impurities via the collecting basin integrated in the base frame. After the cleaning the knife ring is dried by compressed air.
