Description:
The material prechipped and cleaned from metal and mineral impurities is conveyed from a dosing silo via discharge screws to the vibration conveyors where smaller ferrous impurities are separated by a permanent magnet. Material feeding to the beating flaker is effected vertically via a heavy particle separator where heavy particles are separated. When entering the grinding chamber, the accepts are accelerated towards the grinding truck by means of the beaters. Material disintegration is effected by impact effect. Classification of material is achieved on the following screen. The accepts pass through the screen, whereas the oversizes are further reduced on the next grinding track. The knifeless beating tools allow for an economic operation of the flaker, low spare part costs and easy maintenance of the machine.
