Depending on customers demands of final product quality and throughput MAIER offers a large variety of cleaning systems for the processing of waste wood or wood residues.
High-performance cleaning involves multi-step sieving, sifting and suction. Partial flows in particular ensure continuous material guidance and the use of energy-saving, efficient cleaning machines.
The sorting cabin serves to discharge coarse, easy-to-remove impurities as soon as possible. Mineral substances released through internal material friction can be removed by continuous suction and sieving. Light-weight impurities such as paper, foils or dust, are removed by suction.
